Renewals for Ari Shaffir, Andy Daly, Rich Fulcher and and Six Other Series

Comedy Central is raining renewals today with announced extensions and renewals for eight series and projects.

Congratulations to Ari Shaffir whose series This is Not Happening will get a third season. The standup/storytelling series that starts host and creator Ari Shaffir is currently in its second season with special guests Artie Lange, Al Madrigal, Kurt Metzger, Ron White and more sharing unforgettable stories on all kinds of topics.

Andy Daly’s Review will get a third and final season. Daly plays Forrest MacNeil in the beloved cult series. MacNeil hosts a tv series where he takes on various challenges like joining the mile high club and living life according to the directions of a Magic 8 ball, blackmail a girlfriend, or living as a racist. It’s not too late to get on board for the critically lauded Review.

Nikki Glaser’s brand new series will be extended for another ten episodes. Not Safe with Nikki Glaser premiered in February and airs on Tuesdays at 10:30pm. It’s a late night talk show, where sex is the focus with audience interaction, field pieces, panels and great guests like T.J. Miller, Kristen Schaal and others.

New seasons also went out to Tosh.0 who will get a ninth season, Drunk History will move on to a season four, and three Comedy Central digital shows are getting re-orders including Alternatino– a Broad City spinoff, Nothin’s Easy with David Angelo, and the very funny Questionable Science which stars improv genius Rich Fulcher as Professor Rich answering some of science’s greatest mysteries. Rich is currently on tour with Noel Fielding throughout America so if you get a chance to see him live on stage, you should definitely take advantage of that.

The eight series renewals join Broad City, Inside Amy Schumer, South Park and Workaholics, all of which were previously renewed for new seasons– four and five for the Broad City Girls, a fifth season for Amy Schumer, three more seasons of South Park bringing them up to Season 23, and a sixth and seventh season for the Workaholics crew.

Meanwhile season four of Inside Amy Schumer has yet to air, get ready for the all new season starting April 21.
