Poor People Are Flocking to the Suburbs

The amount of poor Americans in the suburbs has jumped 64% in the first 5 years of this decade. Where as the poor population has fallen in some big cities. So the total number of poor people living in the suburbs outnumbers the total living in cities, which is the first time this has ever happened. Eventually poor people will just move into shanty towns built on top of landfills.
