Employees at Pier 1 used to have to watch this video in order for them to realize they need to interact with customers to do their sales job. We’re saying “used to” because this is from 2003 and it is unknown if they’ve bothered to update it at all. Hopefully not, because rapping is the best way to teach anyone anything.
