Pete Davidson Gets Letter From Clinton
Pete Davidson revealed on Twitter that he received a letter from former president Bill Clinton congratulating him on being hired by the show and for his immediate success. Pete has become a break out star on SNL since joining the cast last September. He’s become a trending topic on Twitter for his appearances as the “Resident Young Person” on Saturday Night Live’s Weekend Update and the star of many of the SNL short films this season. He was also nominated for a New Now Next Award last year for Best New TV Personality. Pete was also featured in the SNL 40: Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary Special.
The letter did take three months to arrive leaving you to wonder if Bill just sent it to every Pete Davidson in America before it got to the comedian.
