Only 27% of the World’s Adult Population Works for an Employer

Gallup just released a report, classifying adults as people over the age of 15, and working at least 30 hours a week, and it excludes those who are self-employed, working part time, unemployed or out of the workforce. So out of the rest of the entire world only 27% have an employer. America is first with 41% and sub-Saharan Africa is last with 12% of adults who work full time and have a boss. If you’re reading this and have a boss, you’re now a 27%er. Be proud! Maybe occupy something, like the break room. Or that spot out back where you smoke.
