It’s Official, Roseanne Revival is Coming to ABC
The television revival seems to be having its moment in 2017, at least on ABC. Will & Grace is coming back with the original cast on NBC, and now 20 years after it went of the air, Roseanne is returning.
Series co-star Sara Gilbert, who his heading up the reboot has been shopping it around, but it is the series original home, ABC that nabbed it, giving the show a straight to series order.
The network has handed out a straight-to-series order to a revival of the wildly popular family sitcom headlined by comedian Roseanne Barr. The reboot will debut sometime mid-season on the network.
Officially on board for the series are the primary cast, Roseanne Barr, John Goodman and Sara Gilbert. Goodman and Gilbert reprised their roles on The Talk, which Gilbert co-hosts, last month.
