Now 13-Year-Olds Can’t Marry In Virginia

A new law in Virginia says that only adults can marry- which depending on circumstances is 16 or 18. Before the new law went into effect, it was possible for 13 year olds to marry in the state.
Wow. They say that Virginia is for lovers and then they pull some shit like this. Thanks Obama. Happy 4th.
