Ghostbusters Reboot Villain is UCB Comedian Neil Casey

Sony has also released the identity of the reboot’s villain.  Deadline reported that the new villain’s name will be “Rowen”, and will be played by UCB comedian Neil Casey.  In addition to being a star on the UCB scene in New York, Casey also wrote for Saturday Night Live for the 2012-13 season, and stars in Feig’s outstanding Yahoo sci fi series, “Other Space” as crewman Kent Woolworth. He’s also appeared on Inside Amy Schumer and Kroll Show.   Some details about the early plans for details about the reboot villain were leaked during the Sony email hack scandal, but no word on whether those plans are still the direction Feig is taking for the film.

Catch a glimpse of Neil Casey as Kent Woolworth in Feig’s Other Space, in Inside Amy Schumer’s sketch Hello M’Lady, and UCB Comedy’s Security Questions
