Michelle Obama Photoshopped Onto Topless Slave’s Body

The internet’s pissed at the Spanish magazine de Fuera de Serie because they altered the painting from the year 1800, Portrait D’Une Négresse, by putting Michelle Obama’s face over the woman’s naked body. Now, this would be cause for uproarious concern, but the painting was made as an inspiring piece dedicated to the abolishment of slavery in France.

But, barring all that, Jessica Wakeman, from The Frisky, had this to say – ‘As a non-Spanish speaker I first looked at the image and just thought OMG that’s Michelle Obama’s boobs.” Everything’s going to be ok, that isn’t actually Mrs. Obama’s breasts, it’s just a painting. She’s also not a slave.
