Melissa McCarthy has a big movie opening this week– The Boss– which she wrote with her husband Ben Falcone. You’ll be seeing her all over the late night circuit leading up to the premiere. She kicked off the week on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and like Nick Offerman on the Late Show, she brought a gift. She calls it a turtleneck plus, also known as a Turtle Tie Dickie. It’s for those days when you don’t want to have to wear a shirt, but nobody needs to know that but you.
