Marty Scorsese Is Producing A Grateful Dead Doc

The Grateful Dead turn 50 next year and to celebrate the occasion, they’ll release a career-spanning documentary directed by Amir Bar-Lev, who directed “The Tillman Story” and “My Kid Could Paint That”.
The film will only be recognizable as a documentary at the beginning and end of the movie. The long middle part will just be a self indulgent strange jam.
