Marathon Bombing Suspect Indicted
Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, one of the men responsible for the explosives near the Boston Marathon finish line that killed 3 people and injured over 260, faces a 30-charge indictment by a grand jury. The indictment claims that Tsarnaev was inspired by Al Qaeda publications downloaded from the internet, and charges him with use of a weapon of mass destruction resulting in death, bombing of a place of public use resulting in death, malicious destruction of property resulting in death, and conspiring to do those crimes, among other counts.
