Man Survives Suicide, Confesses Crime In Note
Charles A. Bennett threw himself into the Hudson River in a suicide attempt after feeling guilty about a multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme he perpetrated. Now he is being charged with fraud after police found his sixteen page suicide note confessing to his crimes. While he may have survived, he’s already being recruited for the prison diving team.
