Louie Anderson’s Big Underwear Has a Trailer

Beginning on April 3rd, you will be able to see Louie Anderson’s Big Underwear everywhere. Until then, here’s a trailer.

Louie Anderson is a legend in the stand up comedy biz and we’re so excited that he’s releasing his first new comedy special in six years. Louie’s new comedy special, titled Big Underwear, will be released by Comedy Dynamics on April 3, 2018, and it’s too big for any single platform. So he’s releasing his newest hour on every major platform- Amazon, Comcast, DIRECTV, AT&T, DISH, iTunes, Charter, Google Play and more.

In his new special, Louie reflects on his experiences traveling across the country, and his journey to a healthier lifestyle. Whether discussing what to do with his massive collection of big underwear, or looking back on the hilarious details of his parents’ idiosyncrasies that made him a legend, Louie keeps his audience in an uproar. The special was taped on November 12, 2017 at the Palace Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

“This is my 40th year as a stand-up comic, and I hope I created really big shoes to fill because I know I have really “Big Underwear” to fill!” said Louie Anderson.

Named by Comedy Central as “One of the 100 Greatest Stand-Up Comedians of All Time,” Louie just won an Emmy for his role as Christina Baskets on FX’s Baskets. When not in production, Anderson continues to tour, traveling the States doing what he loves to do: stand-up comedy.

“Louie is a legend and someone I am honored to be working with for a second time,” said Brian Volk-Weiss, CEO of Comedy Dynamics.

The album will be released on April 6, 3018 on all digital and physical audio retailers.

Previously, Comedy Dynamics announced multiplatform releases from Bob Saget, and Jim Gaffigan. The company is also planning monthly releases from May through September- with hours from Tom Arnold, Rita Rudner, Darrell Hammond, Paul Rodriguez, and Michael Winslow & Jimmie Walker.
