The Last Comic Standing Season Finale
The season started with 100 comedians personally invited to be part of Last Comic Standing and now it’s down to three.
The winner of Last Comic Standing will be decided tonight in a special 2 hour season finale. The 3 finalists will have to perform the sets of their lives to walk away with the grand prize – $250,000, an NBC developmental deal and the title of Last Comic Standing. It’s down to Nikki Carr, Lachlan Patterson and Rod Man. Each will perform with the judges making the final call on who will be the Last Comic Standing.
The season final will also have other performances besides the 3 finalists. Alingon Mitra, the winner of the “Last Comic Standing” ‘Comic Comeback’ online competition will be back. Fans voted him in as the eliminated comedian they most wanted to see come back for the finale. Also, you rarely see this in a reality competition show, but two of the judges will also be performing stand up. Russell Peters and Roseanne Barr will both be on stage to wrap up Season 8 of LCS.
Roseanne and Russell will be joined by the third judge this season, Keenan Ivory Wayans in deciding who will be the winner of the Last Comic Standing. There’s no vote by America in picking the winner. It all comes down to impressing the judges.
The Last Comic Standing 2 hour season finale is tonight at 9 pm et on NBC.
