Reports say that one of those failed missile launches you always hear about from North Korea hit the city of Tokchon, which has a population of more than 200,000 as of last spring. It was an intermediate range ballistic missile launched from an airfield just over 40 miles north of North Korea’s capital city of Pyongyang and traveled about 25 miles northeast before hitting the ground. The good news for Un though is that he launched a missile that hit a city. So that’s good.
