“Kevin Hart Has An Illegitimate Son” Sketch with Leslie Jones Shows Off the Oddness of Kevin Hart

One of Saturday Night Live’s great traditions over its 40 year run is doing an impression of a guest to the guest’s face. Mike Myers played Mick Jagger next to Mick Jagger’s “Keith Richards” in ’93 and just earlier this season, just about every SNL cast member broke out their best “Jim Carrey” in a sketch with host Jim Carrey. On Saturday night, that continued with master impressionist Jay Pharoah as guest host Kevin Hart.

The sketch featured Kevin Hart meeting the son he didn’t know existed, Marcus Hart. Leslie Jones played the woman that Hart had a one night stand with decades earlier. That must be where Marcus Hart got his height from. But there was no mistaking who’s son he really is. Pharoah nailed his Hart impression with every mannerism, expression and noise that emanates from Kevin Hart.

Even though they’re only 8 years apart in age, you get the feeling that maybe Jay Pharoah is the illegitimate son of Kevin Hart.
