Jon Krakauer Says ‘Everest’ is Garbage

Jon Kraukauer, author of ‘Into Thin Air’, the bestselling account of the same trip to Everest that is portrayed in the film ‘Everest’ is saying that the movie is total bull. He says people should read his book if they want to know what happened. While the filmmakers admit taking ‘dramatic license’ in parts, interestingly enough other members of the climb had disputed Krakauer’s account when his book came out in 1997. It’s all just one big slippery slope, isn’t it.
