Jim Norton Will Guest on Next Episode of Unmasked at Village Underground in NYC

Comedian, author and radio host Jim Norton will talk about his career and his latest tour, Mouthful of Shame, on the next episode of Unmasked with . Unmasked, is a series of uncensored conversations with the world’s greatest comedic voices, and is taped before a live studio audience. The episode will be taped at the Village Underground– one of New York’s best comedy venues. Unmasked episodes are always major events, and the ones taped at clubs around the city are always even more exciting, as more fans get the opportunity to sit in.  Unmasked with Jim Norton will be taped  on April 19th at 8pm.  If you’d like to attend, you can read details on how to request free tickets below.

This will be Jim’s second Unmasked episode with Bennington. Norton’s first hour on the show was taped 9 years ago in 2007 and a lot has happened in his career since then. Norton currently co-hosts SiriusXM’s Opie with Jim Norton Show weekday mornings, hosts his own weekly advice show on SiriusXM, and famously spent an hour talking with Amy Schumer hours after allegations swirled around the internet that she was stealing material. He’s had multiple appearances on FX’s Louie, appeared as a special correspondent on the Tonight Show when Jay Leno hosted, he’s taped two HBO specials and three specials that have aired on EPIX and hosted The Jim Norton Show for Vice. He’s also written two best selling books, has had a series of articles published in Time Magazine, recorded four albums, and has credits in several films. He’ll next appear in Ricky Gervais’s upcoming movie, and has a cartoon series in the works based on some of the characters he’s created.

He’ll be talking about all of this and more when he sits down with Ron Bennington in front of an audience at the Village Underground to tape the hour long interview on April 19th at 8pm.

  • Make sure you know you can be in midtown Manhattan on time before you request tickets. You will need to be at The Village Underground by 7:30pm on April 19th.
