Jerry Lewis Going Dramatic With Nic Cage

Jerry Lewis has been cast in the new crime thriller drama, “The Trust”. Nicolas Cage and Elijah Wood also star in the film. Jerry Lewis plays the father of Cage’s character. According to Deadline, “The Trust” is about two corrupt cops who come across a hidden vault belonging to a drug dealer. They decide to rob it while an ongoing investigation of the drug kingpin is underway.
Jerry Lewis was last seen in a live action movie two years ago in “Max Rose”. The film debuted at Cannes, but was never released. For his last movie acting gig before that, you have to go back 20 years to his appearance in “Funny Bones”.
“The Trust” is currently in production.
