Jay Baruchel, Not a Ladies Man In “Man Seeking Woman”

Jay Baruchel’s new FXX series “Man Seeking Woman” premieres Wednesday, January 14th on FXX. That’s the channel where FX keeps all its “Simpsons” episodes.

Baruchel star as Josh Greenberg, a romantic man, but quite naive when it comes to women. He’s been dumped and now he’s back in the dating world. And if you go by these first trailers released for the show, we’re getting the feeling that he’s not that successful with the ladies. The series co-stars Eric André, Britt Lower and Maya Erskine. “Man Seeking Woman” is executive produced by Lorne Michael’s Broadway Video and is based on former Saturday Night Live writer Simon Rich’s book “The Last Girlfriend On Earth, Man Seeking Woman”. Rich wrote the pilot and will be the showrunner for the series.
