I Broke My Ankle, Let’s Make A Video

21 year old Alexandra DeForest a Colorado college student was climbing in the Vedauwoo Mountains in Wyoming when she fell while trying to jump across a trench. Her friend Henry went to get help leaving Alexandra with a mangled ankle. To pass the time and pain Alexandra made a video journal, alone, in the dark, explaining the incident.

“Oh, so this is me. I just broke my ankle. Eww. Second time now. This is me moving my foot and it’s really gross, I’d show you more but if I looked at it, I might vomit on myself. And no one wants to see that. But, I don’t know first aid for a foot that is not attached to your ankle. I am doing the best I can.”
