Husband and Wife Lahna Turner and Ralphie May Debut Comedy Specials With Hulu
Hulu is making comedy history with the debuts of two different comedy specials on the same day from a husband and wife. The online video service is premiering specials from spouses Ralphie May and Lahna Turner on this Friday, March 6th.
“So I Wrote A Song About It” is the first one hour special from Lahna Turner. The comedian – musician brings her guitar with her on stage in front of a packed crowd in Vegas to put into song and jokes her life as a mother and wife. By the way, fair warning, Lahna makes jokes about her husband Ralphie May’s weight. She says it’s all fair because she’s the one that has to go to bed with him.
In “Filthy Animals”, Ralphie May presents a group of comedians that he’s predicting are going to be the next break out stars of comedy, including twin comics Cory N Chad, Billy Wayne Davis, Chuck Roy, and Danielle Stewart. All of these comics will live up to the name “Filthy Animals”. The 80 minute special was filmed during Ralphie May’s tour stop in Portland, Oregon.
Both specials, “Lahna Turner: So I Wrote A Song About It” and “Filthy Animals” will be available Friday, March 6th on Hulu.
