Howard Stern has decided that the world needs Howard Stern judging people.
It’s been a year of flux for American talent competition shows. Randy Jackson won’t be back on American Idol. Simon Cowell is talking about bringing X-Factor back to America. And Pharrell Williams and Gwen Stefani are the new mentors on this season of The Voice. One thing that will remain steady on America’s Got Talent is Howard Stern as a judge. The SiriusXM radio personality who joined the judges panel in 2012 is coming back for AGT’s celebratory 10th season.
Stern said, “I decided that a life without ‘AGT’ is not a life worth living. America needs a caring, compassionate and wise judge and who am I to deny the people what they want? It would be selfish of me to walk away.”
