Who is Hosting Saturday Night Live Tonight: November 19, 2016

It’s the week before Thanksgiving and everyone at Saturday Night Live is busy getting ready for a brand new live show tonight that will undoubtedly have a Thanksgiving theme.
Helming the show tonight is an SNL alumnus, Kristin Wiig. It’s always a special episode when an SNL alum returns to host the show, and not only was Wiig a cast member, she one of the stand out, superstars of the show during her tenure at 30 Rock. Since leaving, she’s also gone on to have an impressive film career, with starring roles in The Martian, Bridesmaids, Ghostbusters, The Skeleton Twins, Welcome to Me, and so many more.
Wiig put out a series of promos including a best of reel. Some of Wiig’s most remembered roles from her time at SNL include Gilly, Kathy Lee Gifford, Kat of Garth and Kat (with Fred Armisen), Suze Orman and Dooneese.
In one promo, the entire cast and crew took on the Mannequin Challenge possibly giving some spoilers for this week’s sketch or maybe they just wanted an excuse to use those David Pumpkins skeleton costumes again. And if you’re wondering whether Alec Baldwin is about to become a permanent member of the SNL cast for the next four years, the answer is no, but you will see him tonight. Baldwin told Vanity Fair he will be returning to play the President Elect tonight, but not to plan on weekly appearances.
Watch all the promos for tonight’s Saturday Night Live live show with Kristen Wiig and musical guest, the XX.
