Roseanne Barr is returning to network television in a new NBC sitcom called “Downwardly Mobile”. Roseanne is again part of a blue collar family trying to make ends meet in a trailer park community. There’s no word on when the show will premiere, but Roseanne is scheduled to be fighting with network executives two weeks after that.
