A study from the University of North Texas shows that college age men who use Tinder have lower self-esteem than guys not using it. The app takes away the fear of having to actually approach women, but when guys get rejected or girls don’t respond back they get just as hurt and feel rejection just the same. You would think almost centered completely around how you look in one picture would clearly not be the best self-esteem booster.
