Gay Liar Said Homophobic Thugs Beat Him Up. Video Shows Otherwise.

Joseph Baken’s claims to police, and the photos of his injuries he posted to Facebook, stirred an outcry against an attack that never happened. Baken, of Billings, Mont., pleaded guilty to making a false report. He said “well I am gay and do live in Montana so it could have happened.”
