Gawker’s Chief, Nick Denton, Is Heading For Personal Bankruptcy

Nick Denton tried to delay his own bankruptcy filing by having Gawker declare Chapter 11 first. A judge ruled that Nick is still responsible for the money he owes Hulk Hogan from the sex tape lawsuit and Denton is now preparing to file for personal bankruptcy.
