French SNL Remade the ‘More Cowbell’ Sketch

France has their own Saturday Night Live, and there are some similarities, and there are differences. The biggest difference perhaps, is that it runs on Thursday. The biggest similarity is that it’s called Saturday Night Live. Wednesday night, Gad Elmaleh was on Conan, talking about French SNL. He said he hosted the very first one, and got to star in the French remake of a classic U.S. SNL bit- More Cowbell.
Gad also spoke about impressions of Trump, the make America great again slogan, and his interest in taking Conan to Morocco.
