First Issue of Kickass Drag Queen From Matteo Lane and Bob the Drag Queen Out Today

As if being a handsome, hilarious, multi-lingual comic and former opera singer who’s been killing it on the late night circuit wasn’t enough already, New York City comedian Matteo Lane has made it clear that he has yet another talent: illustration.

This week, Lane announced the debut of a new comic series called Kickass Drag Queen. The project was created by Ru Paul’s Drag Race star Bob the Drag Queen and Lane was tapped to provide the artwork for the series. The series will tell the story of Bob, an average barista who, when in the presence of injustice, transforms into the totally fabulous and beautifully illustrated superhero, Kickass Drag Queen.

The first issue of the series was posted to Instagram today, and can be found here.

Now stop showing off, Matteo.
