Eric Wareheim Directs Bizarre Music Video For Charli XCX

Eric Wareheim, of Tim and Eric, has directed the Charli XCX video for the song “Famous” which was just released. Wareheim is calling on his own musical experience in directing Charli XCX. He’s been part of several bands including Twelve Tone System, Adam and Justine and the vampire band, Ink & Dagger.

The video found on Digg.com, comes with a warning that watching this could give you acid flashbacks. In the video, Charli XCX is stalked by some sinister old creeps hiding in her bedroom. They’re all into the art of disturbing selfie taking. If you get past the part where Charli XCX has to charge her phone by plugging it into a fat guy’s bellybutton, you’re almost home.
