One Bristol based employer has begun a new policy that could make the monthly visitor a little less unwelcome. Coexist, a non profit education organization, is now offering paid menstruation leave to female employees who need time out of the office during their menstrual cycle as they feel it’s better for productivity. Employee bathrooms stocked with free tampons and a vending machine over flowing with chocolate would have worked, but this is way better.
