Country radio consultant Keith Hill says that if you want to make country music better, take out the women, saying The tomatoes of our salad are the females.” After initial backlash, he’s standing by his statement, even cautioning stations to avoid playing women back to back even if they make up 50% of the available music.
Look it’s 2015. Americans are just not ready to hear women singing. It’s too distracting when we know they belong at home cookin vittles and home schooling the babies to get ready for the apocalypse.
In other news, most people over the age of 12 actually like having tomatoes in their salad.
