In an attempt to gain leniency from the judge sentencing DMX for tax evasion, the rapper’s lawyer sent the judge lyrics to “Slippin“‘ and “The Convo” alongside other compositions for the judge to “understand him genuinely in his voice”. The judge will be completely on his side after listening to “Where The Hood At” and hearing “I beat my dick and bust off in ya eye so you can see me coming“.
