Artist Damien Hirst recently said he’s stolen the ideas for his work and that in college he was encouraged to steal when he was in college – he was told “Don’t borrow ideas, steal them”. So, now we can expect an art student somewhere to vivisect a petting zoo animal and claim it at their own.
