Cleveland Browns Violate NFL Age Requirement Rule

A video released Sunday from the Cleveland Brown’s training camp revealed the team to be in blatant violation of the NFL’s age limit rules. Running back Ryan Encinas was seen scoring a touchdown during a scrimmage despite not being three years removed from High School. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has not yet commented as of press time.
