Chris Rock Set To Host SNL, Musical Guest Prince
Saturday Night Live executive producer Lorne Michaels is continuing with his plan to bring back former cast members to host during SNL’s 40th season. According to the Hollywood Reporter, SNL alumni Chris Rock will return to Saturday Night Live to host the Saturday, November 1st show. The musical guest will be Prince.
So far this season, former cast members Sarah Silverman and Bill Hader have come back for hosting duties. Chris Rock was a part of Saturday Night Live for 3 seasons from 1990 to 1993. He’ll be starring in the new movie he wrote and directed, “Top Five” which opens nationwide December 12th.
This coming weekend will be a encore of the season opener featuring host Chris Pratt. Saturday, October 25th, Jim Carrey will host with musical guest Iggy Azalea.
