Peter Robbins voiced the character of Charlie Brown in Peanuts cartoons when he was younger. Friday he was in court, and was set to be sentenced for violating his parole, and had a breakdown, screaming at the judge, and firing his lawyer. The judge granted a defense request that his mental competency be evaluated.
