Casey Kasem got the best Christmas gift anyone who died 6 months ago could get, a grave. After a family feud between his kids and his wife Jean Kasem, Casey was buried in Norway where Jean had taken his body. Which ironically, didn’t make the Top 40 places he wanted to be laid to rest.
