What do you do when you have fabulous new movie to screen and you’re not invited to the Toronto Internationl Film Festival? If you’re Buddy Cole, you start your own film festival. When Buddy’s new film “Too Too Spirited” was rejected by TIFF, he created Buddy Cole’s Real People Film Festival or BCRPFF 2014. This is festival for people just like Buddy. It’s for the metal workers, pick pockets, ham radio operators and other every day folks.
In this Funny or Die short, Buddy’s film festival is right on the sidewalk, where the people are. He’s got it all– martinis, red carpet, and of course, screenings.
