Billy Eichner Series Going To Hulu

Hulu wants to get in the Billy Eichner business right away. The online video service has ordered Eichner’s new series “Difficult People” straight to series. The comedy features Eichner who you’ve seen chasing people down the sidewalk on “Billy on the Street” and his head writer Julie Klausner as a couple bent of behaving badly which put them in some awkward situations.
Klausner originally wrote the pilot for USA Network, but it was picked up by Hulu. The show is executive producer as well by Amy Poehler and Dave Becky from “Louie”. According to the Hollywood Reporter, it goes into production early next year.
