Bill Cosby Netflix Comedy Special Postponed

Netflix had planned on releasing Bill Cosby’s new comedy special “Cosby 77” on Friday, November 28th. The streaming service has been premiering brand new comedy specials all Fall and the Cosby special was set for a Thanksgiving holiday weekend release. That release has now been postponed.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Netflix released a statement saying,”At this time we are postponing the launch of the new stand-up comedy special Bill Cosby 77″. The statement didn’t say if the postponement was due to the resurfacing of these allegations against Cosby.
“Cosby 77” was taped in front of a live audience in July on Bill Cosby’s 77th birthday.
