Last night on Conan, Bill Burr was promoting his upcoming giant Madison Square Garden appearance. He also talked about the strange cultural fascination with Bruce Jenner coming out as transgender. Burr also addressed the public’s crankiness with anyone who jokes about Jenner’s transformation to Caitlyn and said it’s okay to react with some confusion.
Some people were upset by Burr joking about Caitlyn (proving his point) but the Tweets showing Burr love far outweighed the ones complaining. Burr is taking over MSG in October and is proving that he is one of the most talented stand ups performing today.
