Nearly one month to the day after being fired by SiriusXM, Anthony Cumia premiered the subscription-based Anthony Cumia Show yesterday with the tagline, “NOW we’re talking uncensored.”   Anyone familiar with Anthony’s old “Live from the Compound” broadcast will be familiar with the set of his new show– a green screen studio that allows him to show video clips and appear to be pretty much anywhere he wants to be.  During the two-hour broadcast Cumia talked about the Times Square incident as well as his Twitter response that led to his firing, but mostly covered familiar ground to anyone who has been following his story closely.

Although Cumia hasn’t divulged any secrets that he couldn’t talk about on SiriusXM just yet– give him time, it’s just his first day– he did drop the big news that his first guest will be comedy superstar Andrew Dice Clay, who will be showing up at Cumia’s mansion (referred to as The Compound) along with an entourage of wives, children and others for today’s 4pm broadcast.  Cumia had already revealed on Twitter and during several guest podcast appearances that he would be using his entire home as a set for The Anthony Cumia Show, and today he’s planning to make use of the pool, barbeque and jacuzzi to talk to his first big guest.

Wednesday’s guest will have a decidedly different tone, when Cumia brings in guest Sean Bergin, a former reporter for New Jersey News 12 reporter who was fired from his job for making some on-air statements about black male kids growing up with out fathers, and blaming that for anti-cop sentiments.

Cumia also unveiled his Obama bobble head, which seems like it will be a recurring character on the show, and teased possible plans for an Anthony Cumia network down the line. The show airs on his own website, anthonycumia.com on Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 6pm et, with Fridays off, and/or reserved for special event broadcasts.  The show available for immediate on demand access, and download. An audio only stream is available as well.   You can subscribe to the Anthony Cumia Show at anthonycumia.com.
