Another NYC Toddler Mugged

A thug mugged a 2-year-old toddler of her 300 dollar bracelet in a Brooklyn elevator which happened a half-mile away from where a thug ripped a $400 chain off a 3-year-old boy’s neck as he sat in his stroller. It’s getting to the point where you can’t dress a baby in jewelry and walk through a crack neighborhood these days.
