Watch DICE Now for Free

We love DICE and now you can too.

Showtime has made a PG version of episode one of Andrew Dice Clay’s new series “DICE” available now, and it’s completely free and on YouTube.  The problem is, it’s a PG version, and is that really how you want to be introduced to Andrew Dice Clay’s first tv series?  Probably not.  We’re big fans of Dice’s new show DICE and we think you should wait till April 10th and watch it as nature intended– with offensive language and jokes.

Having said that, we can’t blame you for wanting to peek, and even in its PG incarnation, DICE is a great show. Clay is perfect playing a slightly fictional version of himself, and Natasha Leggero is outstanding as Dice’s long-term, live-in girlfriend.  In Episode One, Dice has to go to a gay wedding. His girlfriend’s brother is getting married, and Dice runs into a few problems. We won’t give another thing away except to say that the show is well written, well paced and really funny. From what we can tell the censored version is pretty true to the original with some of the grown up words muted out, but we haven’t done a shot for shot comparison to see if anything’s actually missing.

The full uncensored series will debut on April 10th on Showtime Anytime and Showtime on Demand, and the whole series is a great watch. The series will also debut on the traditional Showtime network and air a new episode each week.

DICE chronicles the stops and starts of comedian Andrew Dice Clay as he attempts at a career resurgence in his transplanted home base of Las Vegas. He’s not a regular guy.  He’s lived the life of a gigantic super star recognizable throughout the world, selling out arenas before anyone else.  DICE follows life with Andrew in the Vegas suburbs, after the hype has subsided, as Clay tries to live his life while trapped in the skin of “The Diceman.”  Whether he’s attempting to pay back his gambling debts, manage his sons’ heavy metal band or fend off pumped up fans, this show shines a light on the sides of Dice we’ve never seen before. Yet all the while he dons his trademark black leather jacket and fingerless gloves, ready for a comeback.

The series also stars Kevin Corrigan, and Natasha Leggero, with guest appearances from Lorraine Bracco, Adrien Brody, Michael Rapaport, Wayne Newton, Criss Angel and Rita Rudner. Created by Scot Armstrong (Old School, The Hangover Part II).

Dice will be sitting down with Ron Bennington at SiriusXM in New York City in front of a studio audience to talk about the new series. Limited tickets are available.
