Anaheim Cops Don’t Quit

Anaheim cops were caught on tape subduing a man on the ground. The youtube video doesn’t mention what the man on the ground was being arrested for, but at 1:30 in, you can hear him yelling “I quit!” over and over again even as the police punch and choke him. Too late, chief, you’re in the hands of Anaheim’s finest and you, unfortunately, don’t get to quit even if you want to.
