Amazon Prime Members Will Get Seeso Access

seeso beta offer

NBCUniversal Digital Enterprises’ ad-free comedy streaming platform, Seeso, is continuing to expand its reach with the announcement today that the company has made its massive comedy library available on Amazon Video, available to Amazon Prime or Prime Video members. Amazon Prime is a yearly subscription service that not only gives Amazon customers free one or two day shipping on many products, but also gives them access to a huge catalogue of television and movies via the Amazon Video service. Customers who only want access to the Amazon Video portion of the service can subscribe to Prime Video for $8.99 a month, as opposed to $10.99 a month for Amazon Prime.

This move is a big one for Seeso, as it shows their commitment to offering their wide-ranging comedy catalogue to the broadest audience possible. The service is jam-packed with hilarious original shows like Big Jay Oakerson’s What’s Your F@%king Deal?, The UCB Show, Bajillion Dollar Propertie$, The Cyanide and Happiness Show, Hidden America with Jonah Ray, and the new scripted comedy Flowers.

On top of the slew of original shows, the platform also offers access to tons of late night favorites like SNL (40+ years worth,) The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and Late Night with Seth Meyers, as well as popular British comedies like The Office, Fawlty Towers, The IT Crowd, The Mighty Boosh, and A Bit of Fry and Laurie. Add to that that for the first time ever, the remastered HD libraries of both Monty Python’s Flying Circus and Kids in the Hall will be made available to stream, and it’s hard to justify not at least checking the service out.

Amazon Prime or Prime Video subscribers who are interested in Seeso can subscribe to the service directly through Amazon Video for $3.99 a month.
