Acclaimed musician Boujemaa Razgui had 13 of his handmade flutes destroyed by U.S. customs after officials mistook them for pieces of bamboo, which would violate their agriculture procedures. “Why don’t you just go play the skin flute” said the head of customs, to a smattering of delayed applause.
